Setting a reserve price

We will suggest a guide and reservation price and invite you to sign our terms of engagement. The reserve is lowest price your property will sell for.

Marketing

When preparing your property for marketing we will inspect it, take measurements and have the property photographed. We then offer unrivalled market exposure for your property.

Our auction is online, worldwide and shared amongst our extensive auction network instantly.

Legal Pack

A legal pack fee is required which can be paid immediately or deferred. Once the legal pack is paid you will be required to sign the property contract to a panel solicitor.

Any upfront payment will be reimbursed on successful completion of the auction.

Managing the live auction

You will be notified each time a potential buyer wants to arrange a viewing, and we will keep you updated regarding any bids during the live auction.

Winning Bidder

At the fall of the electronic gravel, the winning bidder will pay a deposit towards the property and will exchange contracts immediately.

Completion

We will then progress the sale through to completion and will liaise with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction whilst keeping you update throughout the process.
